Is he looking at me or the construction workers outside the class window?

Theres this boy in my AP Psych class who I’ve been fond of since 10th grade, 12th this year, and until this week he would basically sort of act as if I was invisible, never looked at me, and all of a sudden he is.
I sit by the window in the class, and theres been construction workers outside and I thought maybe hes looking at them, but then in our study period, I thought I saw him staring at me.
His 5th period newspaper class decided to have an entire discussion about a date I went on with one of the writers, they looked me up in the yearbook and everything.

People know/knew I liked him and some kid mentioned a love triangle between the three of us, and something about introducing him and I.

(I told his friends I didn’t like him and people still think I don’t).
It’s weird that hes paying attention to me now, I seriously felt invisible around him.
