Article VIII power dispatch in power trading organizations should be the business enterprise to disclose the following information:

(A) of the grid structure, and to network operating unit performance, and other basic information technology, new or rebuilt power generation equipment, transmission equipment put into operation;

(B) the safe operation of the main power grid constraints, power grids, major changes in operating mode;

(C) of power generation equipment, major power transmission equipment maintenance plans and implementation;

(D) of the annual electricity consumption and long-term demand forecasts and network operation mode, power grids, the monthly load forecast year; the total power generation capacity, maximum and minimum load and load variation; year, quarter, month, plan generation and implementation arrangements ;

(E) inter-regional, inter-provincial (autonomous regions and municipalities) on the power exchange situation;

(6) and network access unit power plant, annual contract, the completion of electricity and other power, power generation and use of the number of hours; TOU tariff, the unit peak, valley, flat section of generation capacity;
